Emmanuel Desmaizières began his career in 1994 as a works supervisor with Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France. He then joined Bouygues Immobilier, where he held various operational positions until he was appointed Executive Vice-President, Commercial property France and member of the Executive Committee in 2010, then successively Executive Vice-President Residential property Western France, CEO of UrbanEra® and Executive Vice-President of Bouygues Immobilier’s international operations. He had been Chief Executive Officer of Icade Promotion since 2019.
