Cyril Bouygues is a graduate of Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) and holds a Harvard Master in Public Administration. He held the post of works supervisor at Bouygues Construction, then head of projects at Bouygues Immobilier, before becoming Director of projects at Investaq Energie (SCDM group) in October 2014. In October 2016, he was appointed Head of Strategy and Development at SCDM Energy Limited. He was subsequently appointed Director of Strategy at Heling on 1 July 2021, then Chief Executive Officer of Heling on 1 February 2022, before being appointed Chairman of Heling on 1 January 2025.
