Benoît Torloting, a graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Mines de Paris, began his career with REOSC in 1989, before joining Thomson Multimedia. He moved into the public sector in 1992, serving as technical advisor to the office of the Ministry for Economy, Finance and Industry.

In 1999, he joined Bouygues Telecom where he held various sales and marketing posts, before being appointed CEO of the Club Bouygues Telecom store network (RCBT) in 2009. In 2010, he joined Bouygues Telecom’s Executive Committee. In 2012, he became Head of the B&YOU and Digital division before taking charge of the Fixed and Mobile business units (B2C and B2B customers) from 1 January 2014.

In 2015, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Bouygues Telecom with responsibility for B2C and B2B markets. In 2019, he became Director of B2C and B2B segments, which includes marketing, B2C communication, the sales and customer relations units, and Digital, as well as the customer and employee experience.

On 9 January 2020, he was appointed Director of B2C and B2B Operations for Bouygues Telecom with responsibility for Bouygues Telecom Entreprises and Diversification.

In January 2021, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Bouygues Telecom, then Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Telecom with effect from 1 January 2022.
