The TF1 group is a leading player in the production, editing and broadcasting of televisual content in France and Europe. TF1’s business activities are divided into two segments: the Media segment includes its unencrypted television channels (TF1, TMC, TFX, TF1 Séries Films and LCI), its theme television channels (Ushuaia TV, Histoire TV, TV Breizh and Série Club), TF1+, its free streaming platform for family entertainment and news, TFOU MAX, its on-demand platform for young viewers, and the advertising sales unit TF1 PUB. Together, these form a one-of-a-kind ecosystem able to address both the expectations of all types of audience and the needs of advertisers. The group also has a hand in music production and live events thanks to Muzeek One. The Production segment, which includes Studio TF1, brings together over 50 creative companies and labels in France and internationally. It creates and distributes programmes of all genres for all sector players, from public and private TV channels to digital platforms, using its unique expertise and its diverse brands and talent.

The TF1 group is aware of its responsibility as a leading media group and therefore works to address environmental and social challenges with firm initiatives to actively support diversity and inclusion, the environment, and social cohesion. This includes raising public awareness through its content (campaigns against bullying, sexism and climate change, promoting diversity, and contributing to high-quality democratic debate) and by supporting charities and assisting its advertising customers. 

Support for content creation

The TF1 group has a strong, long-standing record of supporting French-language content creation. Around €400 million is invested every year for the creation of content in all its forms.

A source of high-quality news content

Every year €140 million is invested to provide high-quality reliable and respectable news content, whilst actively contributing to democratic debate. This pledge has resulted in over 1,126 hours of news programmes and over 10,000 news reports and either outside or studio interviews.
