A graduate of École Polytechnique and École des Mines de Paris, was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then Chairman of Bouygues Energies & Services from 2019 until it was integrated into Equans in early 2023. Pierre Vanstoflegatte significantly boosted the performance of Bouygues Energies & Services in recent years thanks to his vast experience in managing branch office networks, acquired both in France and internationally with Spie and Schindler. In 2022, he provided exemplary leadership when carrying out the carve out of Bouygues Energies & Services and its integration into Equans, a company acquired by Bouygues in October 2022. On 17 September 2023, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Colas. Pierre’s role will be to continue to grow Colas and to boost synergies with the Bouygues group’s other business segments, particularly with Bouygues Construction and Equans.
