Pascal Minault is a graduate of École Polytechnique, of École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and of Collège des Ingénieurs.
He joined Bouygues Construction in 1986 and worked in a number of the Group’s businesses, including building & civil works and property development, both in France and in several international locations, including Hong Kong, the UK and Switzerland, where he spent more than 15 years.
Pascal Minault was Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier from February 2019 to February 2021.
In August 2021, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Construction.
In February 2024, he was appointed Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier.
Since January 2026, Pascal Minault has been head of the Construction Division at Bouygues, which brings together Colas, Bouygues Construction and Bouygues Immobilier, while also serving as Chairman of the Boards of those entities.
