Pierre-Éric Saint-André co-founded Axione, a leader in concessions and PPPs for digital regional development across France. At the end of 2005, he joined Bouygues Construction when it acquired Axione where he was CEO. With effect from 2011, he took charge of Renewable Energies at Bouygues Energies & Services.
In February 2017, he joined Bouygues Bâtiment International in Asia, where he was appointed Chairman of Dragages Hong Kong and Executive Vice-President of Bouygues Bâtiment International with responsibility for Asia-Pacific. In December 2020, he was appointed Chairman of Bouygues Bâtiment International, and in October 2022 became Executive Vice-President of Bouygues Construction, with responsibility for International Building.
Pierre-Éric Saint-André was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Construction in January 2026, and as such joins the Bouygues SA General Management Committee.
