Jean-Michel Gras joined Bouygues Telecom in 1996. He holds a Master’s in organisation and quality from ESCP-EAP and a DESS post-graduate diploma in statistical techniques and IT applied to economics from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II. He held various positions within the Network and Systems Operations division from 1996 to 2007, including that of Director of Network and Services Purchasing from 2005 to 2007.
In 2007, he was appointed Director of Purchasing for the TF1 group and then held various management positions at TF1 until February 2023, when he joined Equans as Group Global Purchasing Director.
During his career, he also held the positions of Secretary of the Bouygues Telecom Economic and Social Committee and Chairman of the TF1 Health & Safety Committee.
From April 2005 to April 2010, Jean-Michel Gras was a director representing employee shareholders at Bouygues SA, at the proposal of the employee share ownership funds.
Jean-Michel Gras holds a company director diploma from Institut Français de Gouvernement des Entreprises (IFGE) and is a Reserve Officer for the Gendarmerie National.
