The Gustave Eiffel apprentice training centre (CFA), which is supported by the Group, prepares students for vocational examinations in construction, electrical engineering and service trades.  This is a major springboard towards enriching and diversified careers within our business segments.

Development of core competencies

our Corporate Universities or Campuses in the business segments provide training programmes in various fields of expertise. Special emphasis is given to health & safety issues which remain a central concern of the construction businesses. 

Digitising training courses

The transformation of training methods leads to greater access to more diversified content that is a source of value for our people.  Digital platforms, on-line English language learning courses and certified e-learning modules give employees more control over their career paths.
