In all our subsidiaries, Human Resources teams provide support to employees to help them with their career plans and optimise their chances of success. The Group’s Internal Job Mobility intranet site offers more than 1,000 vacancies, and applications can be made on-line.
Our Internal Job Mobility Charter defines a set of comment guidelines for all the Group’s business segments. These ensure that employees’ benefits (length of service, compensation, category, etc.) remain with them when transferring to another entity within the Group and that they are provided with removal and installation assistance.
