Bouygues recruits most of its young graduates through internships.
Most internships last between three and six months or may also be part of a work/study contract. Interns are paid in accordance with their level of qualification. The qualities sought by the Group include commitment, involvement, motivation, and the ability to listen. Bouygues is keen to support its interns and to bring them a genuine opportunity to discover the full wealth of its activities and its strong corporate culture.
Through its subsidiaries, the Bouygues group pursues an active recruitment policy: each year, several thousand talents come to work for us as interns, apprentices, young or more experienced graduates.

Strengthening the ties between the worlds of business and academia continues to be a major objective for the Group's business segments.
For this reason, forging closer relations is at the heart of our graduate recruitment policy via a strong presence during open days, sponsoring graduate intakes, holding challenge competitions or hackathons and organising events to showcase our businesses... all these initiatives make the Group a source of learning recognised by our interns and people on work/study contracts alike, as shown by the award of the Happy Trainees label.
Partnerships forged with academic institutions and apprentice training centres promote access to the Group’s various businesses and are good opportunities for our recruiters to come into contact with future talents.
