Our activities are growing, our technologies are changing and our environments are being transformed. In order to prepare for these changes, which are drivers of both competitiveness and employability, our employees, both in France and abroad, benefit from action plans based on the following themes.
Providing support to managers
Preparing managers to take increased responsibilities within the Group is a priority area for the development of talent. Specific training programmes are rolled out around common curricula or via customised modules in order to support our employees pursue their career goals.
Development of leadership
In addition to the range of training courses offered by the business segments, the Bouygues Management Institute (IMB), created in 1999, provides the Bouygues group’s key managers high-quality meeting time to:
- Share their respective experiences and find out more about the Group’s activities via the development of their personal and professional network
- Open up to many other different experiences in order to widen their own fields of thought
Promoting excellence
Mechanisms for recognising and rewarding professional skills and achievements help promote quality of work, the transfer of expertise and the personal qualities of our employees, such as the Minorange Guild (see opposite).
