Promoting job satisfaction and career development for employees is a firm commitment of the Bouygues group’s CSR policy.

[1] Number of accidents involving time off work x 1,000,000/number of hours worked. In France, they are accidents with more than one day off work, 
reported to and accepted by the primary health insurance fund CPAM.
