A responsible employer

Promoting the fulfilment of its employees whilst maintaining their physical well-being and ensuring equal opportunities and fighting against all forms of discrimination is one of the areas of major commitments of the Bouygues group’s CSR policy.

Bouygues uses three drivers to boost its role as a responsible employer:

  • The design and roll-out a health and safety management system;
  • The provision of training to all employees;
  • Compliance with the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the upkeep of its commitments to the principles of the UN Global Compact.

Bouygues and its subsidiaries are members of the United Nations Global Compact

Bouygues commits itself to adopting, promoting and respecting the ten principles of the Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
