France - New Zealand, 6th October 2007

France's leading general-interest channel with a 30.7%(1) market share in 2007, TF1 is also an integrated media group which develops diversification activities on high-growth markets in addition to its core business.

Since its privatisation in 1987 when Bouygues acquired a stake in its capital, the TF1 group has created new high-added value business lines, based on its activity as content provider. Today, TF1's activities cover the entire audiovisual sector: upstream, in audiovisual and cinema production, the acquisition and sale of audiovisual rights, and theatrical distribution; and downstream, in the publishing and distribution of DVDs and audio CDs. It also operates in the home shopping segment through its Téléshopping subsidiary.
In addition, TF1 has developed a host of other businesses, including spin-off products and board games.
TF1 operates as a multimedia content provider via its subsidiary e-TF1, which produces, develops and publishes interactive content and services for fixed and mobile Internet networks.

TF1, which is France's leading general-interest TV channel, is also developing theme channels and mini general-interest channels which have become key components of the satellite, broadband, DTT and cable environment in France.

Eurosport, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TF1, is received by more than 112 million households in 59 countries. Covering over 100 sports as well as major international sporting events, Eurosport is the leading truly pan-European channel.

TMC, a general-interest channel acquired by TF1 (40%) and AB Group in February 2005, reached more than 21 million households at end-December 2007, including via the terrestrial network in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in south-east France and DTT.

LCI, La Chaîne Info, wholly owned by TF1, is France's top rolling news channel. Established in 1994, it has attracted over 6.9 million subscriber households (December 2007).

TV Breizh (a wholly-owned TF1 subsidiary), launched in August 2000, is a general-interest channel broadcast round the clock and received by 6 million subscribers (December 2007).

TF6, launched in December 2000 under a 50-50 joint venture between TF1 and M6, is a mini general-interest channel which has become one of France's leading theme channels. TF6 is received by 6 million subscriber households (December 2007). TF1 and M6 signed a 50-50 partnership to create Série Club in January 2001.

Odyssée, created in 1996 and wholly owned by TF1, is one of the top documentary channels on cable and satellite, with 2.2 million subscribers.

Histoire, a wholly-owned TF1 subsidiary acquired at end-June 2004, has 4.6 million subscribers.

Ushuaïa TV, a wholly-owned subsidiary launched in March 2005, is dedicated to the environment and saving the planet. At end-December 2007, it counted 2.6 million subscribers. Ushuaïa TV forms part of the discovery unit alongside Odyssée and Histoire.

Bouygues had a 43% stake in TF1 at end-December 2007.

TF1 is included in Eurolist of Euronext Paris (compartment A) and in the CAC Next 20 index.

The TF1 group employs roughly 4,000 people and posted sales of €2.8 billion in 2007.
