After reconstructing and upgrading Lebanon's power grid in 1995, Bouygues Construction handed over the Beirut Seafront redevelopment in May 2000.
The group is currently building a five-star Ritz Carlton hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and a Formula 1 complex. It is also precasting and erecting 13,000 segments for the viaduct of the city's light rail transit system (Red line).
In Saudi Arabia, it is building the Equestrian Club, a major property development project that includes a luxury Park Hyatt hotel and a marina with space for up to 200 boats.
