Exceptional payout
On 23 July 2004, Bouygues' Board of Directors
decided to propose an exceptional payout of 5 euros per share. The
Ordinary General Meetng, held on 7 October 2004, approved the decision.
The payment took place on 7 January 2005, for all shares acquired
at the latest on 6 January 2005.
