Bouygues Immobilier’s sustainable development policy is implemented through the technical director and his local correspondents. The management committee monitors the sustainable development roadmap.

The ethics and sponsorship committee, created in 2005, defines rules of conduct to guide Bouygues Immobilier's staff.

It also defines the company's sponsorship strategy and ensures that its recommendations are acted on.
