The "Grenelle Environnement" is a conference bringing together for the first time the French government and representatives of civil society in order to draw up a roadmap for ecology and sustainable planning and development.
It will result in a plan of action in late October with 15 to 20 concrete, quantifiable measures agreed by the largest possible number of participants.
