The Bouygues Construction Challenge
The annual Bouygues Construction Challenge (le Défi), a corporate competition open to students in their finals years from the world’s most prestigious business and engineering schools and universities, has several aims:
attract talent. Each year, nearly half of the 60 students who compete the Challenge join Bouygues Construction;
bolster the company’s position as a benchmark employer;
involve staff in relations with higher education institutions. By playing a central role during the Challenge, company executives can hone their talent spotting skills and track high-potential young graduates. Their involvement helps establish friendly ties with students, who may one day become colleagues.
promote the broad range of professions at Bouygues Construction via a case study that outlines the entire value chain of the building & civil works industry, from the design to the operation phase.
The last Challenge competition was won by a team comprised of Réseau Polytech and Rouen Business School.
