The Bouygues group is committed to respecting the strictest standards in its business and to promoting fundamental shared values among management and employees.
In 2006, Bouygues drew up a formal Code of ethics circulated to all Group employees and translated into 15 languages. The code requires all employees to respect its business ethics set out in the form of “principles of action” that guide the conduct of employees in all circumstances and in all countries.

Each company within the Group applies this approach and supplements it with measures linked to its own sector of activity and the countries in which it operates. Senior executives receive training in Group values (responsibility, respect, consistency, truth and fairness). At the end of 2010, 61% of senior executives had received training in the Development of Bouygues values seminar. At the same time, the Group, like most of its subsidiaries, is a member of the UN Global Compact.
