Sustainability reporting

Because there can be no progress without measurement, the Group has devised and rolled out a reporting system that renders account of its performance to stakeholders. The system covers all the components of the Group's management, whether financial, HR-related, social or environmental. The main areas of assessment are human resources, environmental performance, business ethics, human rights, customer/supplier relations and dialogue with civil society.

Internal reporting

The Group uses a number of assessment systems to ensure that these measures are rolled out, including international sustainability reporting frameworks like GRI (Global Reporting Initiative). ISO 26000 and the EFQM model provided the basis for Abby, an in-house self-assessment software application. It is used on a voluntary basis by subsidiaries' executive committees to assess their internal practices and generate action plans.

The Bouygues group uses reporting software to gather and consolidate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance indicators.
This software can be used to gather data at all levels of the company.
