The Human Resources Charter was initially drafted in 1989. It was updated in 2008. The new charter focuses on three corporate principles: respect, confidence and equal opportunity.
In June 2001, Martin Bouygues and representatives of the European Federation of Trade Unions signed a European Social Charter. Rooted in respect for individuals in their human, professional, community and social dimensions, it lays the foundations for the corporate values shared by all Group employees in Europe.
Supplier CSR Charter
The new group Supplier CSR Charter is intended for sub-contractors and suppliers of Bouygues subsidiaries.
