• Disclosure requirement on the fees paid to the statutory auditors (published in the Registration Document)

• Disclosure of the total number of voting rights and shares at the end of each calendar month

• Description of share buyback programmes (published in the Registration Document) 

• News releases published under ongoing disclosure requirements

• News releases specifying how prospectuses published for public offerings have been made available (available from 20/01/07 after publication)

• Press release indicating the formalities for obtaining or consulting the documents in preparation for the Annual General Meeting

• Trading in own shares

  • Weekly disclosure
  • Monthly disclosure
  • Disclosure of transactions in Bouygues securities by corporate officers or closely-related individuals and legal entities

• Report on remuneration, stock options and performance shares
