The Transparency Directive which came into force on 20 January 2007 has set new rules for the dissemination and storage of regulated information. In accordance with the Directive you will find below:

• Quarterly financial information

• Report on internal control and corporate governance (published in the Registration Document)

• Disclosure requirement on the fees paid to the statutory auditors (published in the Registration Document)

• Disclosure of the total number of voting rights and shares at the end of each calendar month

• Description of share buyback programmes (published in the Registration Document) 

• News releases published under ongoing disclosure requirements

• News releases specifying how prospectuses published for public offerings have been made available (available from 20/01/07 after publication)

• Press release indicating the formalities for obtaining or consulting the documents in preparation for the Annual General Meeting

• Trading in own shares

  • Monthly disclosure
