Disclosure of transactions in Bouygues securities by corporate officers or closely-related individuals and legal entities

As of March 2006, listed companies no longer need to disclose information on transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Information on these transactions is published by the French securities regulator, AMF, on its website: www.amf-france.org.
