Responsible purchasing

A common framework for assessing the CSR (corporate social responsibility) performance of the Bouygues group's suppliers was introduced in 2009.
On the basis of international standards (Global Compact, ISO 26000, GRI), an independent consultant assessed 250 targeted suppliers according to 21 criteria adapted to purchasing issues and risks in the country concerned. The assessment programme will be expanded in 2010.


The Supplier CSR Charter

The Supplier CSR Charter attests to the determination of Bouygues group entities to promote the application of sustainable development principles by their suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors and service providers.
