The site guild orders
The Bouygues group’s growth is rooted in a strong culture that has always put people first.
It is built on founding principles like teamwork, a sense of responsibility and respect.
The Minorange Guild embodies these convictions.
Created by Francis Bouygues in 1963 to recognise achievement in the construction trades, it had 1,065 members in 17 orders at 1 January 2015. On-site, guild workers promote the values of compliance with safety rules and best practice, work well done, fraternity and loyalty to the company. At Colas, the Compagnons de la Route (958 members) guild is based on these same values. Bouygues Telecom also has a similar organisation called
les Chargés de Clientèle (customer advisers), which has 160 members.
