The Bouygues Construction Challenge

The annual Bouygues Construction Challenge, a corporate competition open to students from Europe's most prestigious business and engineering schools and universities, has several aims:

attract talent. Each year, nearly half of the 60 students who compete the Challenge join Bouygues Construction;

bolster the company's position as a key employer;

involve staff in relations with higher education institutions. By playing a central role during the Challenge, company executives can hone their talent spotting skills and track high-potential young graduates. Their involvement helps establish friendly ties with students, who may one day become colleagues.

promote the broad range of professions at Bouygues Construction, including financial engineering, sales and marketing and works supervision.

Winning the last challenge was the Polytech – Sciences Po Paris team.
