In 2011, the Bouygues group plans to hire 6,800 people in France.
In 2010, the Group recruited more than 6,500 employees in France. Of these, 59% were hired on permanent contracts. Bouygues Construction and Colas account for over 68% of hires.
Hiring, integrating and training employees are more necessary than ever to renew generations and adapt skills to new business developments.
In 2010, the Group offered more than 5,000 internships lasting from three to six months to students from all disciplines.
The number of internships should reach around 5,200 in 2011. Internships at Bouygues – all paid – span a wide variety of businesses. Nearly half of all interns were offered a full-time position within the
Group.
