At 31 December 2010, Bouygues had close to 133,456 employees, including 75,6521 in France, in a broad range of businesses spanning over 80 countries. The Group thus offers staff members great opportunities for mobility and career development.

The Group has implemented MOBYCLIC, a portal dedicated exclusively to intra-group mobility. On the site, employees can find out about all vacancies in the Group's different business areas together with a host of information to help them bring their mobility plans to fruition, including a map of the Group, a skills guide, testimonials, mobility FAQ, etc.

A Group Careers/Mobility Department is also on hand to advise employees on career development within the Group. Mobility is a solution for employees wishing to work in other geographical locations or wanting to change units or jobs.

In its November 2010 issue, the business magazine L’Expansion ranked Bouygues among the top four French firms in terms of jobs created or preserved in France over the period 2006-2009.
