Mobility

At 31 December 2009, Bouygues had close to 133,971 employees (76,427* in France) in a broad spectrum of businesses spanning over 80 countries. The Group thus offers staff members many opportunities for mobility and career development.

The Group has implemented MOBYCLIC, a portal dedicated exclusively to intra-group mobility. On the site, employees can find out about all vacancies in the Group's different business areas together with a host of information to help them bring their mobility plans to fruition, including a map of the Group, a skills guide, testimonials, mobility FAQ, etc.

A Group Careers/Mobility Department is also on hand to advise employees on career development within the Group. Mobility is a solution for employees wishing to work in other geographical locations or wanting to change units or jobs.
