Acceo: access to Customer Service for the deaf and hearing-impaired
Bouygues Telecom Customer Service is now accessible with Acceo, a communication platform that intermediates between people with and without hearing disabilities.
Using software that can be downloaded directly from the Bouygues Telecom website www.bouyguestelecom.fr, requests from hearing-impaired customers are processed from a video or chat zone. Conversations can be conducted in sign language and communication is immediate. The customer's request is filmed by webcam or transcribed then sent to a translator in real time. The translator immediately contacts a customer adviser and translates the answer for the customer in sign language or in writing.
For the fourth year running, Bouygues Telecom has been ranked No. 1 for customer relations (Afaq/Afnor certification) for all its mobile and fixed activities, confirming its accessibility, its know-how and the quality of its customer relations.
