The origin of the name "Challenger"
Challenger started out as the headquarters of the whole Bouygues group, becoming the headquarters of just Bouygues Construction in June 2006. Francis Bouygues wanted to give the building a name that all the employees of the Group's various entities could identify with.
A reference to a shared appetite for challenge, the name is sufficiently explicit to unite people working in different companies. The "challenger" mindset is what motivates everyone who works for the Bouygues Group.
